Korean Real Estate Brokers Association of So. Cal (KREBASC) is a federally exempt 501-C3 non-profit organization founded in 1989. KREBASC represents approximately 5000 real estate professionals throughout Southern California.
Korean Real Estate Brokers Association of So. Cal. (KREBASC) was founded in 1989, and from our first President, Jung Hyun Lee to our 30th President, Peter Paik, we have remained passionately committed and have dedicated ourselves to serving the Korean community throughout Southern California. In doing so, we have created valuable partnerships and relationships with the communities we have served and continue to serve. Currently with approximately 5,000 members, we are one of the largest Korean professional association and is recognized as the 5th most influential organization among 100 Korean organizations in Southern California.
